Registration Instructions

• Kindly fill the registration form and e-mail the completed and signed scanned copy of the form to ashish.goel@jiit.ac.in, irrespective of the mode of payment before 27th February 2019.
• Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) will be used to transfer the copyright to IEEE. All the corresponding authors shall received link to eCF on their email ID. Please complete the eCF using login details emailed to the corresponding author by IEEE. (You should receive the link shortly).
  Please note you are not required to submit the scanned pdf to Mr. Abhay Kumar. Kindly neglect any previous email in this regard.
• Please e-mail the scanned copy of the bank receipt Swift Copy (Wire transfer advice)/Funds transfer advice/online generated registration slip to ashish.goel@jiit.ac.in to confirm your registration fees payment.
• Kindly ensure that the Remitter's (Participant/Author) name and the Purpose of remittance (Registration Fees) are clearly mentioned by the Remitter in the Funds Transfer Application.
• All bank charges foreign/inland in connection with the registration fee remittance will be to the account of the Remitter. Shortage in the prescribed Fee amount, if any, on account of bank charges/short remittance received or credited to the Institute's account shall be borne by the Remitter.

Instructions For Fee Payment

• Authors/Participants have to register in order to attend the conference.
• For each accepted paper, it is mandatory for at least one author to register to include their paper in conference.
• Late fees of INR 1000 for registration done after 27^th February, 2019.
• Mention the Paper ID, Name and mobile number on the back side of DD.
• Scanned copy of DD to be mailed to ashish.goel@jiit.ac.in
• Registration fee will include conference kit, lunch and tea during all conference days. Accommodation has to be arranged by participants themselves. On request necessary advice and guidance can be provided by conference committee in this regard.
• Charges for tours, etc., will be separate.
