BIOGRAPHY
Prabhakar Jha received his B. Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2014. He got his M. Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Silchar in 2016. He completed his Ph.D. from the National Institute of Technology, Silchar in 2021.
He joined the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida in August 2018. He is presently working as an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Design at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida.
Before Joining JIIT Noida, he worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Silchar from 2016 to 2018.
His research focuses on the optimization and sustainability of renewable energy systems. His research encompasses energy and exergy generation, with a particular emphasis on enhancing efficiency through modifications to the flow channels in solar thermal collectors. Additionally, he conducts enviroeconomic analyses to evaluate the economic and environmental impacts of renewable energy technologies. His work also extends to life cycle assessments, aiming to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the long-term sustainability and performance of renewable energy systems.
