Biography

Dr. Ravi Gupta is an Assistant Professor in Department of Physics and Materials Science and Engineering, JIIT Noida from Dec 2021. He has completed B.Sc. (H) Physics from Hindu College, University of Delhi in 2011 and M.Sc. Physics from Department of Physics and Astrophysics, University of Delhi in 2013. He secured 57 AIR as JRF in UGC-CSIR NET/JRF exam in 2014 and joined Applied Physics Department, Delhi Technological University as a research scholar under the supervision of Prof. (Dr.) Suresh C. Sharma and worked on nucleation and growth of Graphene Sheets and Carbon Nanotubes/Fibers in the plasma environment and completed the Ph.D. in 2018. Dr. Ravi worked as Assistant Professor in Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Sciences, University of Delhi. To explore the new frontiers in the field of Physics and Computer Science, he joined Cyberimmersions Digital Forensics Solutions Lab as Director and Researcher where he worked in the field of “Identification of discontinuities present in voice sound wave form and spectrograph in different stress conditions” and “Identification of Spatial and Temporal tampering in digital video files using the concept of optical flow field vector” and obtained many certifications in Cyber Forensics from EC council US.
