Biography

I am an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the Department of CSE & IT at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida. My primary area of interest is computer vision and deep learning, with an emphasis on investigating and detecting artificial images and videos developed using GANs, popularly known as Deepfakes, and their impact on society. Prior to joining JIIT, I was an Assistant Professor at Sharda University, Greater Noida. I completed my Ph.D. and M.Tech from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur in 2023 and 2019 respectively, and my B.Tech from Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering & Technology, Rae Bareli.
