M.Tech in VLSI Design is a full-time two years program. The course work is divided into four semesters with six-month duration each. The objective of this program is to provide a comprehensive approach to VLSI Design emphasizing practical application. To achieve this goal, the university leverages its well-established industry connections by organizing site visits, internships, and challenging projects that enable students to get industry ready. The curriculum includes both theoretical and practical components, with a focus on advanced topics on Digital CMOS Design, Analog Design, and Semiconductor fabrication lab.
